Delegate Registration

Registration Form

All attendees, including invited speakers, must register in advance of the congress. Registered delegates will receive the following:

  • Delegate Bag including the programme, copy of the Congress proceedings and other associated materials
  • Name Badge permitting access to all sessions
  • Refreshment breaks on the days attended
  • Admission to the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception on 22 September 2011
  • Option to purchase a ticket for the congress Dinner 24 September 2011

Registration Fees:
To take advantage of the reduced registration rates for early booking, you must register by 30 June 2011. The registration fees are as follows:

Please note all fees include VAT at 18%.

Accompanying Guests

All accompanying guests must be registered. Please provide full guest names as all guests will be issued with a badge for entry to the Welcome Reception. The Accompanying Guest Fee includes:

  • Name Badge permitting access to the following events, but NOT Congress sessions
  • Admission to the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception on Sunday 22 September 2011
  • Option to purchase tickets for Accompanying Guest Tours
  • Option to purchase a ticket for the Congress Dinner on Wednesday 24 September 2011

The Registration Desk will be open at the following times:

Saturday 24th September 07:00 hours - 18:00 hours
Sunday 25th September 07:00 hours - 15:00 hours

Payment
Payment of fees must be made when the registration form is completed or a purchase order must be provided. All payments must be in EUROS using one of the following methods:

1. Credit Card/Debit Card
This is the prefered method of payment. The following cards are welcome: Visa and Mastercard. Unfortunately American Express and Diners Cards cannot be accepted.

2. Personal or Company Cheques
Payment by personal or company cheque, drawn on a Turkish bank only will be accepted. Payments should be made to Figür Kongre Organizasyonlarý Tic. Ltd. fiti.

3. Bank Transfer
Payments can also be made by bank transfer. All transfer costs should be covered by the Payee. Payments can be made to the following account.

Delegates requiring invoices should provide a purchase order number and invoice department / address if different from the Address for Correspondence on the registration form.

PLEASE NOTE: NO OTHER METHODS OF PAYMENT CAN BE ACCEPTED. REGISTRATION WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE IN EUROS

Cancellation
All cancellations must be sent in writing or e-mailed to the Cytology 2011 Secretariat:

Cancellation of Registration
Cancellations received on or before 30 June 2011 - an administration fee of 50 Euros will be due and will be deducted from any refund issued.

Cancellations received after 30 June 2011 - full payment is due and no refunds issued.
Name changes are permitted.

Cancellation of Hotel / Seviced Apartments Accommodation
Cancellations received on or before 31 March 2011 - no penalty.

Cancellations received after 31 March 2011 - hotels / serviced apartments may deduct from your credit card an amount up to the value of the duration of the stay booked. A reduction in the number of nights booked will be treated as a cancellation by the hotel/ serviced apartment and the hotel / serviced apartment will be entitled to take payment from the card provided.

Insurance
The organisers do not accept any responsibility for individual medical, travel or personal insurance. Delegates are strongly advised to have their own travel insurance policies.
